Well I got out this weekend on a trip and we had a great day on the water. The weather was not on our side for the day so we started early to beat the rain. It was pretty windy but the Trout did not mind as we started out catching one just about every cast. Trout and Red fish have been the highlighted species. We are targeting shallow areas with healthy grass and good tide flow. Artificial baits and shrimp have been the ticket to catching trout. Shrimp have worked better on the Red fish. Don’t hesitate to book a trip NOW and get into some great fishing in Tampa Bay.
