Fishing Charter Cancelation Policy
I am a full time guide and will firmly commit to the dates you reserve for your fishing charter. In doing so I will turn away other potential customers that request the same date you have reserved. Likewise, and in all fairness, any fishing charter that is canceled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit. Day of fishing charter cancellations (No Show) will forfeit the entire cost of the trip.
Jason primarily fishes out of Little Harbor Resort in Tampa Bay and O’Neill’s Marina in St. Petersburg. You can get directions here. However, if you have a specific pickup location request, please contact Capt. Jason. He strives to meet as many requests as possible.

No. Capt. Jason has no control over the performance of wild animals and cannot guarantee you will catch fish. However, he is successful on 99% of charters so you should not worry about whether you will catch fish or not. And… he does guarantee you will have a great time — whether the fish and weather cooperate or not.
