Dozens of shallow water species call Tampa Bay home — from redfish, snook, trout, tarpon, sheepshead, Spanish mackerel, mangrove snapper… you name it. If it swims in the Gulf of Mexico, you can probably catch it in Tampa Bay.
While flats fishing in Tampa Bay you can expect to see all types of marine life like Dolphins, Manatees, Seagulls, Blue Heron just to name a few. Miles of Mangroves and backcountry that has not been touch.

One of the often asked questions would be about getting seasick. The answer is no.
The waters are typically shallow and tucked away from big waves so this means less canceled trips from weather and more time fishing instead of running to the spot like offshore fishing.
We have big fish on the flats but smaller Trout are pretty easy to catch and plentiful so it’s easy for the young ones to learn the basics.
